Deutschlandstipendium (Germany Scholarship)

In addition to strong academic results, social commitment and outstanding personal achievements will also be taken into account when awarding the scholarships. As a scholarship holder, you will receive 300 euros per month. Of this, 150 euros is provided by private sponsors and 150 euros is contributed by the federal government.

The university raises the private portion of the scholarship funding. We are also responsible for the selection process and for choosing the scholarship recipients.

The Deutschlandstipendium embodies a culture of scholarships supported by the federal government, universities and private sponsors. For every euro that private sponsors contribute towards a scholarship, the federal government adds another euro. This active solidarity between the state and society, between students and alumni, and between business and academia strengthens us as a nation of learning and also helps to secure a supply of skilled workers.
